The aforementioned information will be obtained personally or by official documents shared with us or issued by banking or financial institutions, as well as from the Joint Obligor or Guarantor, as well as personal references for consultation and verification purposes.

We inform you that the Law allows other sources of collecting information such as telephone, service, and labor directories, or by electronic means, therefore, the data that we can obtain by such means are name and surname, telephone, e-mail and physical address.

Transfer of personal information.
